Marcel Piz, co-founder and owner of Total Claims International, brings decades of claims experience to the table. With nearly 40 years in the claims business, much of that spent working on the side of the Insurance Carriers, Mr. Piz has an unmatched understanding of the innerworkings of Insurance Companies and how they operate. Furthermore his expertise in construction and large complex claims is unrivaled. He has worked catastrophic losses on large commercial property claims from Hurricanes, Floods & Earthquakes across the Americas and the Caribbean. In co-founding Total Claims International, Mr. Piz has brought these four decades of insurance industry knowledge to advocate for the Policyholder. |
Justin Lyden - Operations Manager
Justin Lyden started his career in the insurance claims industry in 2000. His early years in the business as a Field Adjuster working on behalf of the Insurance Companies prepared him for over a decade as a Independent Claims Manager. In that role, he oversaw thousands of residential & commercial claims for more than a dozen Insurance Companies from Florida to New Jersey.
He has an in-depth knowledge of building construction and decades of experience working on the side of the Insurance Carriers. In 2018, he made the switch to fight on behalf of the Policy Holder. With it, he brings an Insider's understanding of the innerworkings of the Insurance Company and the claims settlement process that few Public Adjusters can provide to their Clients.
